The founder of the firm, Erman Pazarbaşı, graduated from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in 1999. He obtained his license to practice law from the Istanbul Bar Association in 2001 and has practiced law in Istanbul, İzmir, and Bursa at various times. For a period, he also served as a lecturer at a university in Bursa.

Following the professional experience he gained over the years, he established his own law office in Balıkesir (Burhaniye) in 2004. Throughout his professional career, he has served and continues to serve as an expert witness, concordat commissioner, and mediator. He currently practices law in Burhaniye and continues to provide mediation services at a Mediation Center in Bursa, where he is a partner.

Over his 24-year professional career, he has earned the respect and trust of his clients through a trust-based, attentive, and solution-oriented approach. Through the law office he founded, he combines his professional experience and knowledge with up-to-date legislation and case law in a constantly evolving legal environment, adopting an expertise-focused approach.

Operating in its region, the law office has particularly become a firm that addresses the extensive legal issues faced by Turkish citizens living in Europe. As a result of the development of its client portfolio in this direction, providing legal consultancy and legal representation under Turkish law for Turkish citizens residing abroad has become one of the primary areas of practice of the firm.
